30 Days visa upon Arrival

The citizens on this country listed below does not require any future arrangements before coming to UAE and can get a 30 days visa upon arrival and get a 10 days visa extension.

Please take note

Normal passport can be used by the citizens of the country listed above to enter UAE for 30 days upon arrival.
Visa can be extended up until 60 days when renewed from the date of entry.
The visa provided is considered as multi entry visa for 30 days whether the visa holder is inside or outside UAE. The visa entry is calculated from the time the visa holder is given 30 days entry.
Normal passport is needed and should be valid in the next 6 months.

Please take note

Normal passport can be used by the citizens of the country listed above to enter UAE for 90 days upon arrival.
Visa is not extendable.
The visa can be used upon arrival for 90 days, from the first entry and can be consumed until 180 days.
Normal passport is needed and should be valid in the next 6 months.

GCC Residents

GCC residents doesn’t need to apply for any visa if you are coming to UAE. BUT foreigners who are coming with the GCC residents will be needing to request and apply a visa before entering to UAE. Online application is provided by the Ministry of Interior and it also have a feature of paying the application online, and the eVisa will be send on the applicant registered email.

eChannels system allows to access the following categories to apply

UAE nationals can apply and provide visa as a sponsor.
Expatriate nationals, the system allow them to renew or apply or can cancel the status of the visa.
GCC nationals living in UAE can also apply and provide visa sponsor.
Residents of GCC. They can apply for entry permit.
Prospective visitors can apply and get an entry permit.

Important note:

Getting an approve eVisa before entering and travelling to UAE is a must. GCC citizen sponsoring a non-resident will not get approval on the application of the visa if they are not accompanying the guest upon entry.
UEA nationals, Residents, and Travel Agency can apply and get a renewal of the visa in the online system under Ministry of Interior UAE Echannels.

Types of Visa

Service Visa

Duration: 14 days from the date of entry
Valid: 14 days from the date of issue

Tourist Visa

Duration: short term visa for 30 days and long term visa for 60 days.
Validity: 60 days from the date of issue

Visit Visa

Duration: 30 days or 90 days from the late of entry
Valid: 60 days from the date of issue

Transit Visa

Duration: 96 hours
Validity: 14 days from the date issue
Pre-Requisites. this type of visa can only be provided by airlines

Work Visa - Regulations for a work Visa

Passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months.
Those who are already in UAE can apply for a change status or they can exit and comeback.
Change status is still subject to approval depending on your type of visa.

Hotels and Tourist companies can apply on your behalf for Tourist Visa or Visit Visa.
Individuals who have a Relatives or Friends can also apply for visit Visa.
For work visa Employer can obtain and request for a work visa.
